In 2025, our founder was consulting for a four-outlet restaurant group that spent more time reconciling spreadsheets than serving guests. Every outlet tracked sales, stock, and staff differently, and nobody had a real-time view of the business.
We built the first version of SarvannaOS to solve that one problem: give every outlet a single, shared source of truth. Today, that same idea — connected data, not connected spreadsheets — continues to drive everything we build.
